PERMIT NUMBER – PER82047
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Application rate of 2 tablets (2 g phosphine) per cubic metre approved
to meet the
minimum phytosanitary requirement for the importation of seeds to
Malaysia, as advised
by the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry
(Kementerian
Pertanian & Industri Asas Tani Malaysia).

Apart from the higher dose rate approved under this permit, all
product label _Restraints_
and _Directions for Use_ must be observed.
