This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes
of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as
stipulated below, to use the
product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated
jurisdictions. This permit also
allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner
specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply by hand, boom or aerial application.

Apply prior to crack closure to prevent product runoff on cracking
clay soils.

DO NOT use within 30 m of mature native trees or within 500m of a
permanent water
body.
In balancing the need to treat ultra-dense stands of prickly acacia
(<1500 stems/ha) in
ephemeral creek systems with off target protection goals, the label
restraint prohibiting use
within 100m of a recognised water course is to be replaced by the
following restraint for the
purposes of this permitted use pattern:
