PER14008 Permit Version 1 Page 1 of 3 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT TO CONTROL DOWNY MILDEW AND PURPLE BLOTCH IN GARLIC PERMIT NUMBER - PER14008 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 27 FEBRUARY 2013 TO 31 MARCH 2023. PER14008 Permit Version 1 Page 2 of 3 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: ALL REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 640 g/kg MANCOZEB 80 g/kg METALAXYL as their only active constituents. ALL REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing:640 g/kg MANCOZEB 40 g/kg METALAXYL-M as their only active constituentS. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP DISEASE RATE GARLIC DOWNY MILDEW & PURPLE BLOTCH Apply at a rate of 2.5kg of the product per hectare CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Maintain a regular spraying programm. DO NOT apply this product as a post-infection curative spray as this may result in the development of resistant disease strains. This product should always be used within a regular protectant fungicide programme. Apply a maximum of 4 sprays at 7-10 day intervals WITHHOLDING PERIOD: DO NOT harvest for 7 days after application. JURISDICTION: NSW, SA, TAS only. (Note: Victoria is not included in this permit because their ‘control-of-use’ legislation means that a permit is not required to legalise this off-label use in Victoria).
