This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. PER12336 Permit Version 2 Page 2 of 2 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: NUFARM MALDISON 500 INSECTICIDE PHARMACHEMICAL MALDISON 50 INSECTICIDE Containing: 500 g/L MALDISON as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP PEST RATE 1. FRUIT TREES ERADICATION: ASIAN PAPAYA FRUITFLY AND MELON FLY. Maldison mixed with yeast autolysate and water. Mix 2.5 L yeast with 1 L maldison product, with sufficient water to make 50 L. 2. FLY TRAPS MONITORING: RANGE OF FRUIT FLIES Maldison mixed with ethyleugenol or cue lure at rate of 4:1 (lure: insecticide): Absorbed into a cotton dental wick - max 5g of mix per wick – housed in a plastic lure cup. OR Absorbed into fibre blocks - max 8g of mix per block. CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply bait to vegetation as a foliage spray using power spray equipment or backpack sprayers. Use large droplets (coarse spray), as these are more effective. Spray on foliage preferably the underside towards the centre of the tree. If the foliage is not dense spray the trunk. Avoid contact of the bait with the fruit. Read the complete document
