This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Use an applicator calibrated to stem inject 4 mL per cut/drill hole.

Make 5cm cuts at an oblique angle to penetrate the sapwood beneath the
bark.

Space cuts at 10cm centres around tree circumference as low as
practicable.

Run-off to non-target plants to be avoided. Near waterways, use ONLY
registered
products approved for use near aquatic areas.
