rinse eyes thoroughly
with water.

1. Thoroughly wet your hair with warm water. 2. Lather a quarter size
amount of
shampoo in your palms and then work into your roots and massage the
hair and scalp
evenly to create bubbles. 3. Rinse out all of the shampoo with warm
water.
