INDICATIONS
CHICKENS - As an aid in the treatmentof caecal coccidiosis
ingrowingchickensandlaying birds.
CALVES- Asanaid inthetreatmentof coccidiosiscausedby Eimeria bovis and
E.zuernii in calves.
USEDIRECTIONS
CHICKENS - As soon ascaecalcoccidiosisisdiagnosed,give0.024%amprolium
inthe drinkingwater
for5to7days.Continuethetreatmentwith0.006% amprolium medicatedwaterfor
an additionaloneto
two weeks.Noother sourceofdrinking watershouldbeavailable to
thebirdsduringthistime.
Use asthe sole sourceof amprolium.
CALVES- 0.012%amprolium indrinkingwaterfor5days.Attheusual rate of
waterconsumption,this
willprovide adaily intakeofapproximately10mgof amprolium per kgof body
weight. Give asthesole
sourceof water duringthetreatmentperiod.
NOTE - Whenone ormorecalves showsignsofcoccidiosis,itislikely
thattherestofthegrouphave
beenexposed,andallcalvesinthegroup shouldbe treated.

instructions ofyourveterinarian orpoultry pathologist.Losses may

cancontributetothevirulenceofcoccidiosisunderfield
conditions.
