leonina), hookworms (Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma spp),
whipworrns (Trichuris vulpis) and adult tapeworms (Taenia spp,
Dipylidium caninum, Spirometra erinacei and Echinococcus granulosus),
in dogs.
This product does not control heartworm.
If worm problems persist, consult a veterinarian.

For oral use only. Can be administered directly into the mouth or
crushed and mixed with the feed.

Specific treatment for Spirometra erinacei is by administering ABANTEL
BROAD SPECTRUM WORMER FOR DOGS four (4) times the above dose
rate.
General Directions:
ROUNDWORMS & HOOKWORMS Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks—
thereafter every 3 months
WHIPWORMS Treat every 6 to 8 weeks after 3 months of age
HYDATID TAPEWORM Dogs should not be fed, or allowed to feed on,
offal from any species. Dogs in hydatid areas should be treated every
6
weeks.
OTHER TAPEWORMS Treat every 3 months.
PREGNANT BITCHES Treat at mating, before whelping and then every 3
months
For Dipylidium treatment adequate flea control should be maintained
all
year round.
