Plant growth regulator
Promalin is a plant growth regulator which can be used to improve the
shape of apples;
to increase lateral bud break (feathering) in cherries
and improve flowering of Arum (Calla) lilies.

Causes eye irritation. Do not get in eyes.
PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of spray mist. Wash
hands and face with soap and
water before eating drinking or smoking. Store in original container
away from children and
foodstuffs. Avoid contamination of any water supply with chemical or
empty container. Triple rinse
container and add residue to the spray tank. Puncture container and
burn if circumstances,
especially wind direction permit, otherwise crush and bury in
landfill.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 19g/litre 6-benzyladenine; 19g/litre gibberellins
A4 and A7 in the form of an
emulsifiable concentrate.
FIRST AID:
In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water
for 15 minutes. Call a doctor. If
swallowed do NOT induce vomiting. For advice contact the National
Poisons Centre 0800
POISON (0800 764 766) or a doctor immediately. If skin or hair contact
occurs, remove
contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. If
inhaled, move the victim to
fresh air immediately. Begin artificial respiration if breathing has
stopped.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Promalin must be absorbed by the plant to be effective; therefore,
best performance can be
expected with good absorption conditions and healthy vigorous trees.
Promalin as a spray treatment should be applied in calm conditions of
high relative humidity and
slow drying.
Do not treat low vigour trees or trees under stress.
Rainfall within six hours of application may reduce activity.
IT IS AN OFFENCE FOR USERS OF THIS PRODUCT TO CAUSE RESIDUES EXCEEDING
THE RELEVANT MRL IN
THE FOOD NOTICE: MAXIMUM RESIDUE LEVELS FOR AGRICULTURAL COMPOUNDS.
WHP: NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED.
