Each vial contains:
Ceftriaxone 1000 mg in the form of disodium salt.
Each ampoule of solvent contains 10 ml of sterile
water for injection.

Ceftriaxone 1000 mg in the form of disodium salt.
Each ampoule of solvent contains 3.5 ml of lidocaine
HCI 1%.

of sodium per gram of ceftriaxone.
Properties, effects
The bactericidal activity of ceftriaxone results from
inhibition of cell wall synthesis. Ceftriaxone exerts in
vitro activity against a wide range of gram-negative
and gram positive microorganisms. Ceftriaxone is
highly stable to most -lactamases, both penicilli-
nases and cephalosporinases, of gram-negative and
gram-positive bacteria. Ceftriaxone is usually active
against the following microorganisms in vitro and in
clinical infections:
