WHAT EUCALYTUX SYRUP
IS
AND WHAT IT IS USED
FOR
Eucalytux is a medicine for the symptomatic relief of respiratory
tract diseases
associated with cough.

WHAT
YOU
NEED TO
KNOW
BEFORE YOU
TAKE
EUCALYTUX
SYRUP
DO NOT TAKE EUCALYTUX
-
if you are allergic to codeine, sulfogaiacol or to any other
ingredients of
this medicine (listed in section
6):
-
if you have a severe asthma or emphysema;
-
in case of productive cough;
-
in case of severe liver injury;
-
do not administer to ch~ldren
under
6
years of age.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Eucalytux, especially
in the
following situations:
-
in the presence of a known hypersensitivity to other opiate compounds.

if you have chronic breathing problems.

if you have kidney or liver problems.

if you have a decrease of bowel motility.

if you have diabetes.
