WHAT BIOTROPIL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Biotropil is a medicine which belongs to the group of nootropic drugs
which affect the nerve cells and
support cerebral blood circulation. cognitive processes, learning,
memory, concentration and
consciousness.
Biotropil reduces blood viscosity, increases blood flow through the
vessels in the brain, without the
action of extending these vessels, increases the utilization of oxygen
and glucose consumption in the
ischemic brain tissue.
BIOTROPIL IS USED:
In adults:

in the treatment of cortical myoclonus [short-term, violent
(”fulminant”) muscle spasms of one
or more limbs or around trunk];

in the treatment of vertigo (spinning sensation, loss of balance,
collapse and fear of falling).
In children:

in the treatment of dyslexic disorders (difficulties in reading and
writing), in combination with
speech therapy (development of the correct pronunciation).
