4CYTE™ contains Epiitalis®, a proprietary plant extract from
Biota orienta/is
together with three
marine concentrates.
In
vitro
studies
on
cartilage and
in vivo
studies
in
equine joints have shown
that this unique formulation helps
to
promote healthy joints by enhancing the viability of
chondrocytes and preventing degradation
of
the cartilage matrix.
4CYTETM
helps
to
regulate the
inflammatory cascade by inhibiting Prostaglandin
E
2
(PGE,) production within joints.
A clinical study
in
dogs has shown that after 14 days use
4CYTETM
is
effective
in
reducing
arthritic symptoms, with continued improvement over
28
days.
