Direct compression moulded UHMWPE Arcom tibial mobile bearing. Bi-helical articulation with the Vanguard 360DA Tibial Tray. Deeper anterior cutout and one degree of varus/valgus lift off and does not limit the internal/ external rotation. Direct compression moulded UHMWPE Arcom mobile bearing. Indications for use: Painful and disabled knee joint resulting from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis where one or more compartments are involved; Correction of varus, valgus, or posttraumatic deformity; Correction or revision of unsuccessful osteotomy, arthrodesis, or failure of previous joint replacement procedure.
