Anwendungsgebiete:

Surgiclean particles are microporous microspheres with diameter of 30.8?m-97?m, prepared with potato starch. Surgiclean can absorb and lock water instantly to form gels. After absorbing water and expanding, Surgiclean condenses visible components in blood outside the gels to promote instant clot forming, accelerate natural coagulation, and apply certain pressure on the peripheral vessel, that promoting the hemostasis. Surgiclean degradation initiates after hemostasis and finishes within 14 days. Surgiclean is indicated in surgical procedures (except neurological and ophthalmic) as an adjunctive haemostatic device to assist when control of capillary, venous and arteriolar bleeding by compression, binding or other conventional haemostatic actions fail or cannot be implemented.
