General Instructions:
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Remove people, animals, fish and birds from area to be treated. For
best results, ignite
the generator late in the evening and leave area closed overnight.
Place the generator on
a fireproof base at least 700 mm in diameter, on a protective floor
covering or in a metal
bucket. DO NOT remove the generator from immediate packaging. To
ignite, using a
match, light the wick. Always ignite those generators furthest away,
lighting those nearest
your exit last. Leave immediately after lighting smoke generators. The
generator will burn
for approximately 30-45 seconds, however keep area airtight for at
least 3 hours after
lighting. Ventilate for 30 minutes before re-entry. RLP APPROVED

For insecticide resistance management, FUMITHOR Delta Insecticide
Smoke Generator is
a Group 3A insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes
resistant to FUMITHOR
Delta Insecticide Smoke Generator and other Group 3A insecticides may
exist through
normal genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant
individuals can eventually
dominate the insect population if FUMITHOR Delta Insecticide Smoke
Generator or
other Group

but those hatching from eggs, immigrant insects or stor
age
insects emerging from commodity residues may NOT be
controlled.
Bed bugs
Users undertaking a bed bug treatment should be familiar
with the AEPMA Code of Practice for the Control of Bed
Bug Infestations in Australia and take into account the
recommendations included within this document in rela
tion
to bed bug management.
Bed bugs active at the time of smoke release will be
controlled, but those residing in very protected areas or
hatching from eggs after application may NOT be con
trolled.
Reinspection in accord with the Code of Practice is ES
SENTIAL.
A second smoke release, 5 to 12 days later, may be
required to reduce the insect population to an acceptable
level.
