Contraindications:
DO NOT USE in turkeys or game birds – may be fatal.
DO NOT USE in horses or other equines - may be fatal.
This product should not be used in broiler breeder or layer birds
during rear or in
production.
Poultry consuming narasin should not be treated with tiamulin. Severe
growth depression
or death may occur.
DO NOT USE concurrently with another ionophore, as severe growth
depression or death
may occur.
Precautions:
Nicarbazin medicated broilers may show reduced heat tolerance if
exposed to high
temperature and high humidity. Provide adequate drinking water and
ventilation during
these periods. RLP APPROVED

MIXING DIRECTIONS:
IMPORTANT - THIS PREMIX MUST BE THOROUGHLY MIXED IN FEED BEFORE USE.
Thoroughly mix 0.5 to 0.625 kg MAXIBAN Premix in one tonne of feed to
provide 40 to 50
ppm of each active ingredient per tonne of complete feed.
FEEDING DIRECTIONS: Feed continuously as the only ration for at least
14 days.
