Toxicity studies in
dogs, rats, and mice have associated the use of florfenicol with
testicular degeneration
and atrophy. For catfish, a dose related decrease in
hematopoietic/lymphopoietic tissue
may occur. The time required for the hematopoietic/lymphopoietic
tissues to regenerate
was not evaluated.
