Main fields of application:
Cleaning of outside surfaces of production plants and pipe systems as
well as working
surfaces, walls and floors, conveyor belts and working utensils via
foaming process or
manual application.
For professional use only.
Properties:
neomoscan S 33 is a alkaline detergent based on alkalis and
surfactants with the following
properties:
•
foaming for foam cleaning
•
reliable and gentle cleaning
•
suitable for stainless steel, iron, brass, copper, glass enamel,
alkaline
resistent plastic, rubber and tin
•
when using neomoscan S 33 on aluminium surfaces a slight grey
colouration may occur
•
with laquered and painted surfaces a preliminary test must be carried
out
Dosage:
Dosing amount is 1-3 weight % depending on degree of soiling and
application in a
temperature range of 20 – 50 °C. In the case of especially
persistent soiling the
concentration can be increased up to 10 weight %. When using the
foaming process
neomoscan S 33 is dosed via low-pressure foaming units.
Surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with drinking
water after each
cleaning and disinfection to remove residues.
Do not mix with other products.
Rinse out dosing system including suction hose with water before
changing product.
Controlled, safe and economical appl
