Upper respiratory tract infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A beta haemolytic streptococci); Lower respiratory tract infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A betahaemolytic streptococci); Skin and skin structure infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.
