2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Each tablet contains 4 mg of perphenazine.
Excipients:
Lactose monohydrate 129.52 mg
Sucrose 128.72 mg
Butyl parahydroxybenzoate 6 micrograms
