RESISTANCE
WARNING:
INSECTICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING:
For insecticide resistance management ZEAL Selective Miticide is a
Group 10B miticide.
Some naturally occurring mite biotypes resistant to ZEAL and other
Group 10B miticides
may exist through normal genetic variability in any mite population.
The resistant individuals
can eventually dominate the mite population if ZEAL or other Group 10B
miticides are
used repeatedly. The effectiveness of ZEAL on resistant individuals
could be significantly
reduced. Since the occurrence of resistant individuals is difficult to
detect prior to use,
Sumitomo Chemical Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any
losses that may result from
the failure of ZEAL to control resistant mites.
ZEAL may be subject to specific resistance strategies. For further
