Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause an
allergic skin reaction. Very toxic to
aquatic life with long lasting effects. Toxic to the soil environment.
Harmful to terrestrial vertebrates.
Very toxic to terrestrial invertebrates.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: Wear hand, face and eye protection. Avoid
breathing vapours. Avoid contact
during pregnancy/while nursing. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using
this product. Wash hands
thoroughly after handling. Wash contaminated clothing and/or
protective equipment before reuse.
Aviod release to the environment and collect spillage.
FIRST AID: IF exposed or concerned: Contact the National Poisons
Centre 0800 POISON (0800 764
766) or a doctor immediately.
IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth, DO NOT induce vomiting.
IF IN EYES: Rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove
contact lenses, if present and
easy to do so. Continue rinsing.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated
clothing.
DISPOSAL: Triple rinse empty container, crush, or puncture and bury in
a suitable landfill, or if
appropriate, recycle. Avoid contamination of any water supply with
chemical or empty container.
