LABEL VERSION– SEPT 29/2017 INDICATIONS: POULTRY: To control outbreaks of Caecal Coccidiosis, Infectious Coryza and Secondary Bacterial Infections associated with outbreaks of diseases like CRD caused by organisms susceptible to sulfa drugs. Also to treat Acute Fowl Cholera and Anatipestifer Disease in ducks. CATTLE, CALVES, SHEEP & SWINE: For the treatment of bacterial infections such as Metritis, Bacterial Enteritis (Scours), Acute Mastitis, Acute Bacterial Respiratory Infections. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: _To reduce the development of antimicrobial resistance and maintain _ _effectiveness, use this antibiotic prudently._ Mix into the drinking water. POULTRY - COCCIDIOSIS IN CHICKENS: Mix 8 mL/L water and treat for 2 days, stop for 4 days, treat for 1 day, stop for another 4 days, and then treat for 1 more day. COCCIDIOSIS IN TURKEYS: Mix 20 mL/L water and treat for 2 days. Reduce the dose by ½ for the next 7 to 10 days. CORYZA IN CHICKENS: Same directions as Coccidiosis in chickens and treat for 2 days. ACUTE FOWL CHOLERA: Mix 8 mL/L water for 2 days. CATTLE, CALVES, SHEEP & SWINE: Give 2.5 mL/45 kg bodyweight for the first day, then reduce the dose by ½ for the next 3 days. BEEF CATTLE & SHEEP: Mix 60 mL/4.5 L water for the first day, then reduce the dose by ½ for the next 3 days. To administer in feed, add correct dosage to the amount of feed consumed in 2 to 4 hours. CAUTIONS: Dairy cattle use twice as much water, so reduce dosage accordingly. Animals not drinking should be drenched. Medicated water should be the only source of water during treatment. WARNINGS: Milk taken from treated animals within 96 hours after the latest treatment must not be used in food. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 10 days (cattle, calves, sheep & swine); 12 days (poultry) after the latest treatment with this drug. Do not use in laying birds.
