CHE COS’È RAMIPRIL GIT E A CHE COSA SERVE
RAMIPRIL GIT contiene un medicinale chiamato ramipril che appartiene a
un gruppo di farmaci chiamati
ACE inibitori (Inibitori dell’Enzima di Conversione
dell’Angiotensina).
RAMIPRIL GIT agisce:
•
diminuendo la produzione, da parte del corpo, di sostanze che possono
causare un aumento della
pressione sanguigna
•
rilassando e allargando i suoi vasi sanguigni
•
facilitando il suo cuore nel pompare il sangue in circolo nel corpo.
RAMIPRIL GIT può essere usato:
-
per trattare la pressione alta del sangue (ipertensione)
-
per ridurre il rischio o ritardare il peggioramento di problemi renali
(in presenza o meno di diabete)
-
per trattare il suo cuore quando non riesce a pompare un sufficiente
volume di sangue nel resto del
corpo (insufficienza cardiaca)
Come trattamento dopo un attacco cardiaco (infarto del miocardio) se
associato ad insufficienza cardiaca.

Compresse non rivestite, a forma di capsula, piatte 8,0 mm x 4,0 mm,
di colore da bianco a biancastro.
2,5 mg
Compresse di colore giallo, non rivestite, a forma di capsula, piatte
10,0 mm x 5,0 mm, con linea di
frattura su di un lato e sul fianco, con impresso “R2”.
5 mg:
Compresse di colore rosa, non rivestite, a forma di capsula, piatte
8,8 mm x 4,4 mm, con linea di frattura
su di un lato e sul fianco, con impresso “R3” .
10 mg:
Compresse, non rivestite, di colore bianco-biancastro a forma di
capsula, piatte, 11,0 mm x 5,5 mm, con
linea di frattura su di un lato e sul fianco, con impresso “R4”.

INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE

Trattamento dell’ipertensione
–
Trattamento delle patologie renali:
•
nefropatia glomerulare diabetica incipiente definita dalla presenza di
microalbuminuria
•
nefropatia glomerulare diabetica conclamata definita da
macroproteinuria in pazienti con
almeno un fattore di rischio cardiovascolare (vedere paragrafo 5.1)
•
nefropatia glomerulare non diabetica conclamata definita da
macroproteinuria ≥ 3 g/die
