CHE COS’È RAMIPRIL DOC GENERICI E A CHE COSA SERVE
RAMIPRIL DOC Generici contiene un medicinale chiamato ramipril che
appartiene al gruppo di
farmaci chiamati ACE inibitori (Inibitori dell’Enzima di Conversione
dell’Angiotensina).
RAMIPRIL DOC Generici agisce:

Diminuendo la produzione, da parte del corpo, di sostanze che possono
causare un aumento della
pressione sanguigna

Rilassando e allargando i suoi vasi sanguigni

COMPOSIZIONE QUALITATIVA E QUANTITATIVA
2,5 mg:
Una compressa contiene: ramipril 2,5 mg.
5 mg:
Una compressa contiene: ramipril 5 mg.
10 mg:
Una compressa contiene: ramipril 10 mg.
2,5 mg:
Eccipiente con effetti noti: lattosio monoidrato 155,0 mg e sodio.
5 mg:
Eccipiente con effetti noti: lattosio monoidrato 94,0 mg e sodio.
10 mg:
Eccipiente con effetti noti: lattosio monoidrato 193,2 mg e sodio.

FORMA FARMACEUTICA
Compressa.
2,5 mg:
Compresse gialle, a forma di capsula, non rivestite, piatte, 10,0 x
5,0 mm, con linea di frattura su di un lato e
sui fianchi, con impresso “R2”. La compressa può essere divisa in
due dosi uguali.
5 mg:
Compresse rosa, a forma di capsula, non rivestite, piatte, 8,8 x 4,4
mm, con linea di frattura su di un lato e
sui fianchi, con impresso “R3”. La compressa può essere divisa in
due dosi uguali.
10 mg:
Compresse bianco-biancastre, a forma di capsula, non rivestite,
piatte, 11,0 x 5,5 mm, con linea di frattura su
di un lato e sui fianchi, con impresso “R4”. La compressa può
essere divisa in due dosi uguali.

INFORMAZIONI CLINICHE
4.1
INDICAZIONI TERAPEUTICHE

Trattamento dell’ipertensione.
-
Trattamento delle patologie renali:
•
Nefropatia glomerulare diabetica incipiente, definita dalla presenza
di microalbuminuria
•
Nefropatia glomerulare diabetica conclamata, definita da
macroproteinuria in pazienti con almeno un
fattore di rischio cardiovascolare (vedere paragrafo 5.1)
•
Nefropatia glomerulare non diabetica conclamata definita da
macroproteinuria ≥3g/die (vedere
paragrafo 5.1).

Trattamento dell’insufficienza cardiaca sintomatica.

Prevenzione secondaria dopo infarto miocardico acuto: riduzione della
mortalità dopo la fase acuta
dell'infarto miocardico in pazienti con segni clinici di insuffi
