Food for special medical purposes. For the
dietary management of disease related
malnutrition and growth failure. Fortini Creamy Fruit is
a fruit flavoured, high energy, nutritionally complete, fibre
containing, semi-solid supplement for children from
1 year onwards. It contains real fruit. Gluten free*
(*AU & NZ: Low in gluten (<0.02g/100g product)).
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. UHT treated.
Important notice: For enteral use only. Must be used
under medical supervision. Suitable as a sole source
of nutrition for children from 1 year onwards. When
used as a sole source of nutrition ensure fluid
requirements are met.
Directions for use: Store in a cool, dry place. Ready to
eat and best served chilled. Once opened, store in
a refrigerator for maximum 24 hr. If consumed directly
from pot, please discard leftovers.
