WHAT EKOPLAST MEDICATED
PLASTER IS USED FOR
For temporary relief of muscle and
joint pains, backaches, stiff shoulder,
bruise and sprain.
HOW EKOPLAST MEDICATED
PLASTER WORK
Methyl salicylate penetrates into the
skin where it is converted to salicylic
acid. Menthol when applied dilates the
blood vessels, causing a sensation of
coldness followed by an analgesic
effect. Camphor acts as a rubefacient
and mild analgesic. Ginger oil with the
combination of methyl salicylate
increase the effect for relief of pain.
BEFORE YOU USE EKOPLAST
MEDICATED PLASTER
_-When you must not use _
Individuals with known or suspected
intolerance to any ingredients of the
plaster.
_-Before you start to use it _
This product contains camphor and as
such, can cause convulsion.
_-Taking other medicines_
For patients taking warfarin, excessive
application may increase chances of
bleeding.
HOW TO USE EKOPLAST
MEDICATED PLASTER
_-How much to use _
Clean and dry the affected area, and
then apply plaster to the affected area.
If necessary, replace the plaster once or
twice daily.
_-When to use it _
Use when you are suffering from
muscle and joint pains, backaches, stiff
shoulder, bruise and sprain.

Recommended to use 1-3 plasters per
day for 6-8 hours each plaster.

Use the plaster soonest as you
remember to reduce your discomfort.
