EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine suppresses cancer cell growth through multiple
mechanisms, including DNA
damage by alkylation and induction of apoptosis.
It is usually used to treat indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,
mantle cell lymphoma, and
relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It is also used
as a pretreatment for
tumor-specific T-cell infusion therapy.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have myelosuppression, infection, or liver or kidney disorder.
If you have heart disorder or have a history of it.
If you have a history of hepatitis B.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
as well as other prescription medicines.)
