10 mg/ mL Benzyl Alcohol as a preservative

INDICATIONS: For use in cattle for the treatment of inflammatory
conditions and for the therapeutic
induction of parturition in cows.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Gastric ulcer, osteoporosis, last trimester of
pregnancy (unless abortion is
intended). Where concurrent infection exists, a suitable
chemotherapeutic agent should be used in
cows with high milk yield. Caution: Allergic/anaphylactic reactions
may occur in some sensitive
animals.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
CATTLE: 0.5 - 1 mL/ 100 kg b.w s/c or i/m.
COWS: (induction of parturition); 4 - 5 mL i/m during last 4 months of
pregnancy. NOTE: Injection in
food-producing animals should be in the anterior half of the neck.
IT IS AN OFFENCE FOR USERS OF THIS PRODUCT TO CAUSE RESIDUES EXCEEDING
THE RELEVANT MRL IN THE FOOD
NOTICE: MAXIMUM RESIDUE LEVELS FOR AGRICULTURAL COMPOUNDS.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
MEAT & OFFAL: Cattle producing meat and offal for human consumption
must not be sold for
slaughter either during treatment or within 35 days of cessation of
the last treatment.

MILK: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded
during treatment and for 12
days following the last treatment.
