WHAT
POVIDERM
OINTMENT
IS USED FOR
POVIDERM
OINTMENT
is
a
topical
antiseptic
treating
minor
burns, wounds, cuts and abrasions,
as well as to treat viral, fungal and
bacterial skin infections.
HOW
POVIDERM
OINTMENT
WORKS
POVIDERM OINTMENT contains
Povidone-iodine
which
acts
as
an
antiseptic.
Antiseptic
is
an
antimicrobial substance that helps to
reduce the possibility of infection.
BEFORE
YOU
USE
POVIDERM
OINTMENT

Do
not
apply
POVIDERM
OINTMENT if:

You are allergic (hypersensitive)
to Povidone-iodine or to any of
the
other
ingredients
in
this
medicine.
•
you experience swelling of neck.
