may be specified in the said Regulations as listed on the reverse of this document.

1 NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
Morphine sulphate 100 mg prolonged release film-coated tablets
2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Morphine sulphate 100 mg, prolonged release tablets contain per tablet respectively:
Morphine sulphate pentahydrate 100 mg corresponding to 75 mg morphine.

3 PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Prolonged release film-coated tablet.
Off-white film-coated tablets with inscription '100'.
4 CLINICAL PARTICULARS
4.1 THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS
Treatment of severe pain, particularly cancer pain and post-operative pain.
4.2 POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
The prolonged r
