EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine is a selective H
1
-receptor antagonist and also has an antiallergic effect by
inhibiting the release of allergy-inducing substances such as
histamine.
Usually, this medicine is used to treat bronchial asthma, allergic
rhinitis, hives, eczema,
dermatitis, pruritus cutaneous, prurigo and psoriasis vulgaris with
pruritus.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
