What Dyna Calamine Lotion is used
for
Indicated for the relief of discomfort
due to various skin disorders such as
eczema, prickly heat, non-poisonous
insect bites, itching and sunburn.
How Dyna Calamine Lotion works
It have skin protecting and astringent
properties that relieve itching.
Before you use Dyna Calamine
Lotion

Ask your doctor or pharmacists for
advice before taking Dyna Calamine
Lotion.

Tell your doctor if you are
hypersensitive to Calamine or other
ingredients of the preparations.

Taking other medicines
Tell your doctor if you are taking any
other medicines, including any that
you buy without a prescription from a
pharmacy, supermarket or health food
shop.
How to use Dyna Calamine Lotion

How much to use
Apply sparingly onto the affected area.
It should not be applied to open
wounds or to raw surfaces of a large
area.
The directions given may differ from
the information contained in this
leaflet. If you do not understand the
instructions on the label, ask your
doctor or pharmacist for help.

When to use it
To be applied 3 to 4 times daily or as
directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

How long to use it
Continue taking Dyna Calamine
Lotion as long as your doctor
recommends.

If you forget to use it
Take the missed dose as soon as you
remember. If it almost time for your
next dose, wait until then to use the
medicine and skip the missed dose. Do
not take a double dose to make up for
the missed dose.

If you use too much (overdose)
The preparation is well tolerated
following the recommended
directions.

INDICATION:
Indicated for the relief of itchiness associated with prickly heat,
acne, insect bites and sunburn.
APPLICATION:
Apply sparingly onto the affected area 3 - 4 times daily. It should
not be applied to open wounds or to raw
surfaces of a large area.
CONTRAINDICATION:
It is contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to the ingredients of
the preparations. If skin sensitivity or
irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
SIDE EFFECTS/ADVERSE REACTIONS:
With the recommended directions, side-effects are unlikely to occur.
SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT OF OVERDOSE:
The preparation is well tolerated following the recommended
directions.
