DIRECTIONS
FOR
USE:
This
product
is
contraindicated for use in dogs
or
horses.
Precautions
RLP
Approved
Exercise care in handling weak, pregnant and young animals to avoid
unnecessary stress. A void yarding
animals
off
-feed overnight, and ensure animals have access to water when yarded
ptior
to
drenching.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded, except under veterinary
supervision.
Ask your local veterinary practitioner
or
animal health adviser for recommended parasite management
practices· for your area to reduce development
of
resistance.
It
is advisable that a drench resistance test be conducted before any
drench is used.
A cross sample
of
animals should
be
weighed before treatment and dose rate based on heaviest animal
in
group (males, females, young stock, etc)
The
drench is ready to use and may be administered in any type
of
dosage regulated drenching gun. All
equipment should be washed in clean water after use.
Some excitability may occur after drenching. This will pass in a few
minute
s.

SECTION 4- FIRST-AID MEASURES
SWALLOWED
Thoroughly rinse mouth with water. If poisoning occurs contact a
doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Phone 113126). Do not make
an unconscious person vomit. If vomiting occurs, place victim face
downward, head lower than hips, to prevent aspiration of material
into the lungs.
EYE
Wash out thoroughly with running water for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN
No effects expected. Wash affected area with soap and water.
INHALED
Not expected but remove to fresh air.
FIRST AID FACILITIES
A first aid kit should be readily available, with eye bath.
ADVICE TO DOCTOR
Treat symptomatically after initial First Aid. Product contains
Levamisole Hydrochloride at 3.2% w/w (an anthelmintic) in an
aqueous base.
SECTION 5- FIREFIGHTING MEASURES
The product is non flammable. Use alcohol foam, CO2, dry powder, water
or BCF fire
