RESTRAINTS DO NOT apply to crops that have restricted growth due to drought
stress, waterlogging, nutrient deficiency, poor soil structure or any
other cause as this can result in yield decreases.
DO NOT apply if adequate insect and mite pest control and supply of
water and nutrients later in the crop is in doubt, or if
“stressing” is a
normal management practice. If severe drought conditions occur after
