ORENCIA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. ORENCIA may be used as monotherapy or concomitantly with disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) other than tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonists.ORENCIA is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA).

NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
ORENCIA 125 MG SC AND ORENCIA 250 MG
QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
For Orencia 250 mg IV: 250 mg white to off-white lyophilized powder in
a single-dose vial (one
may use less than the full contents of the vial or use more than one
vial)

For Orencia 125 mg SC: 125 mg/mL of a clear to slightly opalescent,
colorless to pale-yellow
solution in a single-dose prefilled glass syringe

ORENCIA 125 MG:
ADULT RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS (RA)
ORENCIA is indicated for reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major
clinical response,
inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving
physical function in adult patients
with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis.

ADULT PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS (PSA)
ORENCIA is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active
psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
