HERBICIDE
For pre and post emergence residual broadleaf weed control in apples,
stonefruit, kiwifruit,
grapevines, vegetable brassicas and forest nurseries
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 480 g/litre oxyfluorfen in the form of a suspension
concentrate.

TOXICITY
•
Warning – may cause damage to kidneys and liver through prolonged or
repeated exposure.
ECOTOXIC
•
Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Avoid
contamination of ay water supply with product
or empty container. Take all reasonable steps to ensure that the
substance does not cause any
significant adverse effects to the environment beyond the application
area. Do not apply directly onto
or into water.
•
Very toxic to the soil environment.
•
SELECTIVE HERBICIDE – very toxic to some plant species. Certain
plants may be damaged or
killed from root uptake of this product. Do not allow drift outside
the target area.
•
BEWARE: APPLY THIS PRODUCT CAREFULLY. SPRAY DRIFT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS
DAMAGE TO OTHER
DESIRABLE PLANTS. DO NOT ALLOW DRIFT TO OCCUR OUTSIDE THE TARGET AREA.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
The person mixing or applying this product must be a “Qualified
Contractor” or a "Qualified Person”. The
spray mixture may also be prepared by a Qualified Loader’”.
STORAGE
•
Store in original container, tightly closed and in a locked, dry,
cool, area away from foodstuffs, seeds
and fertilisers. Store in accordance with NZS 8409 Management of
Agrichemicals.
•
Stores containing 100L or more of Goal Advanced require secondary
containment and signage, and
more than 100L require emergency response plans.
PERSONAL PROTECTION
•
When mixing or applying wear eye protection, chemical resistant gloves
and boots and cotton overalls
buttoned to the neck and wrist. D
