PER13653 Permit Version 2 Page 1 of 3 PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT TO CONTROL ONION THRIPS IN LEEKS, SHALLOTS AND SPRING ONIONS PERMIT NUMBER – PER13653 This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an application granted by the APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out below. This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP TYPE INSECT PEST APPLICATION RATE LEEKS (_Allium ampeloprasum_ var._ porrum_) SHALLOTS (_Allium cepa _var_. aggragatum_) SPRING ONIONS (_Allium fistulosum_) ONION THRIPS (_Thrips tabaci)_ 170 mL product / 100 L CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Thorough coverage of all foliage is essential. Ensure complete, uniform coverage of foliage by increasing water volume in accordance with crop growth. Regularly scout the crop and apply spray at first sign of infestation. When heavy infestations occur repeat applications may be required. Apply a maximum three (3) applications per crop by boom spray or equivalent, with a minimum seven (7) days between consecutive applications. WITHHOLDING PERIODS: Spring onions and shallots: DO NOT harvest for 3 DAYS after application. Leeks: DO NOT harvest for 7 DAYS after application. JURISDICTION: ALL States except VIC.
