This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 1 JULY 2012 TO 30 JUNE 2017. NUFARM MALDISON 500 INSECTICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 500g/L MALDISON as their only active constituent. HY-MAL INSECTICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 1150g/L MALDISON as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP PEST RATE STRAWBERRIES RUTHERGLEN BUG (_Nysius vinitor)_ & _Pachybrachius_ spp. FYFANON 440 EW - up to 2.8L/ha NUFARM MALDISON 500 - up to 2.5L/ha HY-MAL INSECTICIDE - up to 1.1L/ha CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: DO NOT apply more than 3 applications per season, with a minimum retreatment interval of 7 days between consecutive applications. Apply when pests appear in crop. Adequate coverage is essential in later growth stages of crop. Apply in a spray volume up to 2000L per hectare. WITHHOLDING PERIOD: DO NOT harvest for 3 days after last application. JURISDICTION: ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, NT & WA.
