PERMIT TO ALLOW MINOR USE OF AN AGVET CHEMICAL PRODUCT
FOR CONTROL OF COBWEB DISEASE IN MUSHROOMS
PERMIT NUMBER - PER12645
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 1 APRIL 2012 TO 31 MARCH 2022.

PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS
Containing: 462 g/kg PROCHLORAZ as their only active constituent.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
CROP

COBWEB DISEASE

Apply at a maximum rate of
1.5 grams product per square
metre of casing, after the first
or later flushes.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

If prochloraz has not been incoporated in the peat and disease becomes
a problem, spray
the casing immediately after the first or later flushes in which
disease is anticipated.
This treatment may not be undertaken if prochloraz has already been
incorporated into
the casing material.

DO NOT apply more than 2 applications per crop.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED.

ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, NT & WA only.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
THIS PERMIT provides for the use of a product in a manner other than
specified on the
approved label of the product. Unless otherwise stated in this permit,
the use of the product
must be in accordance with instructions on its label.
