DIRECTIONS FOR USE-
HEMPEL’S ANTIFOULING ALU XTRA NCT 74770 is a TIN FREE self-polishing
antifouling.
STIR WELL BEFORE AND DURING USE RLP APPROVED
Recommended use: For technical particulars refer to product data sheet
available from
Hempel (Australia) Pty Ltd, address shown at bottom of this label.
Surface preparation: For existing old self-polishing or ablative
antifouling, remove possible
oil and grease etc. with suitable detergent, followed by high pressure
fresh water cleaning
for a thorough removal of any possible weak structure of leached
antifouling.
For existing old hard antifouling, abrade to remove old leached layer,
remove possible oil
and grease etc. with suitable detergent, followed by high pressure
fresh water cleaning for
a thorough removal of any possible weak structure of leached
antifouling.
Application conditions: Apply only on a clean and dry surface with a
temperature above
dew point to avoid condensation. The temperature of the paint itself
should be above 15oC.
Do not apply in direct sunlight. In confined spaces provide adequate
ventilation during
application and drying.
