Platelia Aspergillus IgG is a 2-phase indirect microplate immuno-enzymatic technique used to detect IgG anti-Aspergillus antibodies in human serum or plasma. This assay is an aid for the diagnosis of patients at risk for Allergic Broncho-Pulmonary Aspergillosis and Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis. Platelia Aspergillus IgG can also be used to monitor IgG concentration for ABPA and CPA at-risk patients. Platelia Aspergillus IgG can be used manually or on automated systems.
