pfizer europe ma eeig - sirolimus - graft rejection; kidney transplantation - immunsuppressiva - rapamune är indicerat för profylax av organavstötning hos vuxna patienter vid låg till måttlig immunologisk risk som tar emot en njurtransplantation. det rekommenderas att rapamune i första hand användas i kombination med ciklosporin microemulsion och kortikosteroider för 2 till 3 månader. rapamune får fortsätta att användas som underhållsbehandling med kortikosteroider endast om ciklosporin microemulsion kan successivt avvecklade. rapamune är indicerat för behandling av patienter med sporadisk lymphangioleiomyomatosis med måttlig lungsjukdom eller sjunkande lungfunktion.
