The lead delivery system, consisting of Selectra catheters in conjunction with the Selectra Accessory Kit, is used to facilitate the delivery of transvenous leads to their cardiac target sites. The lead delivery system is indicated for use in the right atrium and right ventricle or in coronary veins via the coronary sinus. Selectra 3D catheters are also designed to facilitate the implantation of leads in or near the conduction system (e.g., His bundle or left bundle branch area).
