KAJ JE ZDRAVILO ANASTROZOL ACCORD IN ZA KAJ GA UPORABLJAMO

Zdravilo Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete

spada v skupino zdravil, imenovanih zaviralci

aromataze. To pomeni, da ovira nekatera delovanja aromataze, encima v telesu, ki vpliva na raven

nekaterih ženskih spolnih hormonov, kot so na primer estrogeni. Anastrozol se uporablja za

zdravljenje raka dojke pri ženskah po menopavzi.

KAJ MORATE VEDETI, PREDEN BOSTE VZELI ZDRAVILO ANASTROZOL

ACCORD

Ne jemljite zdravila Anastrozol Accord

če ste alergični (preobčutljivi) na anastrozol ali katerokoli sestavino zdravila Anastrozol Accord

če ste v obdobju pred menopavzo

če ste noseči ali če dojite

če imate zmerno ali hudo jetrno bolezen

če jemljete zdravila, ki vsebujejo estrogen (glejte tudi 'Jemanje drugih zdravil', spodaj)

če jemljete tamoksifen (glejte tudi 'Jemanje drugih zdravil', spodaj)

Bodite posebno pozorni pri jemanju zdravila Anastrozol Accord

Preden začnete jemati to zdravilo, se posvetujte z zdravnikom:

če imate osteoporozo ali ste imeli kakršnokoli bolezen, ki vpliva na čvrstost vaših kosti.

Anastrozol zniža raven ženskih hormonov, kar lahko povzroči izgubljanje mineralov iz kosti in

zmanjša njihovo čvrstost. Morda bo treba med zdravljenjem oceniti mineralno gostoto kosti.

Vaš zdravnik vam lahko predpiše zdravilo za preprečevanje ali zdravljenje izgubljanja kostne

mase.

če niste prepričani, da ste v pomenopavzi. Vaš zdravnik mora preveriti ravni vaših hormonov.

če ste kdaj imeli bolezen, ki vpliva na čvrstost vaših kosti (osteoporozo).

če imate težave z jetri ali ledvicami.

Zdravila Anastrozol Accord ne priporočamo za zdravljenje otrok.

Uporaba drugih zdravil

Obvestite zdravnika ali farmacevta, če jemljete ali ste pred kratkim jemali katerokoli zdravilo, tudi če

ste ga dobili brez recepta, vključno z zeliščnimi pripravki. Zdravilo Anastrozol Accord namreč lahko

vpliva na delovanje nekaterih zdravil in nekatera zdravila lahko vplivajo na delovanje zdravila

AnastrozolAccord.

Zdravila Anastrozol Accord ne smete jemati, če jemljete katerokoli od spodaj naštetih zdravil:

zdravila za zdravljenje raka dojke (selektivni modulatorji estrogenskih receptorjev), npr.

zdravila, ki vsebujejo tamoksifen. Ta zdravila namreč lahko motijo pravilno delovanje zdravila

AnastrozolAccord.

zdravila, ki vsebujejo estrogen, na primer hormonsko nadomestno zdravljenje (HNZ).

Obvestite svojega zdravnika ali farmacevta, če jemljete katero od naslednjih zdravil:

analoge LHRH, npr. gonadorelin, buserelin, goserelin, levprorelin in triptorelin (zdravila, ki se

uporabljajo za zdravljenje raka dojke, nekaterih ginekoloških bolezni in neplodnosti). Študij o

kombinaciji analogov LHRH in anastrozola niso izvedli. Zato se anastrozola in analogov LHRH

ne sme uporabljati hkrati.

Obvestite zdravnika ali farmacevta, če jemljete ali ste pred kratkim jemali katerokoli zdravilo, tudi če

ste ga dobili brez recepta.

Jemanje zdravila Anastrozol Accord skupaj s hrano in pijačo

Hrana ne vpliva na absorpcijo zdravila Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete.

Nosečnost in dojenje

Ne jemljite zdravila AnastrozolAccord, če ste noseči ali dojite. Posvetujte se z zdravnikom

farmacevtom, preden vzamete katerokoli zdravilo.

Vpliv na sposobnost upravljanja vozil in strojev

Malo verjetno je, da bi zdravilo Anastrozol Accord vplivalo na vaše sposobnosti za vožnjo avta ali

upravljanja strojev. Vseeno pa se lahko občasno pojavi občutek oslabelosti ali zaspanosti. Če se vam

to zgodi, ne vozite ali upravljajte z orodji oz. stroji.

Pomembne informacije o nekaterih sestavinah zdravila

Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete vsebujejo laktozo. Če vam je zdravnik povedal, da imate

intoleranco za nekatere sladkorje, se pred uporabo tega zdravila posvetujte s svojim zdravnikom.

3.

KAKO JEMATI ZDRAVILO ANASTROZOL ACCORD

Pri jemanju zdravila Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete natančno upoštevajte zdravnikova

navodila. Če ste negotovi, se posvetujte z zdravnikom ali s farmacevtom.

Običajen odmerek za odraslo osebo je ena tableta na dan.

Zaužijte celo tableto s kozarcem vode.

Tableto poskušajte vzeti vsak dan ob istem času.

Ne prenehajte z jemanjem tablet, če se počutite bolje, razen če vam tako naroči zdravnik.

Če ste vzeli večji odmerek zdravila AnastrozolAccord, kot bi smeli

Če ste vzeli večji odmerek tablete anastrozola, kot bi smeli, ali če je nekdo drug vzel tableto

anastrozola, se obrnite na oddelek za nujno pomoč v najbližji bolnici. S seboj vzemite

preostale tablete ali prazno škatlo zdravila za lažjo opredelitev.

Če ste pozabili vzeti zdravilo Anastrozol Accord

Ne vzemite dvojnega odmerka, če ste pozabili vzeti prejšnjo tableto, temveč nadaljujte z jemanjem

zdravila kot običajno.

Če ste prenehali jemati zdravilo Anastrozol Accord

Z jemanjem zdravila ne smete prenehati, tudi če se počutite dobro, razen če vam tako naroči vaš

zdravnik.

Če imate dodatna vprašanja o uporabi zdravila, se posvetujte z zdravnikom ali s farmacevtom.

MOŽNI NEŽELENI UČINKI

Kot vsa zdravila ima lahko tudi zdravilo Anastrozol Accord neželene učinke, ki pa se ne pojavijo pri

vseh bolnikih.

Zelo pogosti

(pojavijo se pri več kot 1 od 10 bolnikov)

navali vročine

občutek šibkosti

bolečine v sklepih ali togost sklepov

vnetje sklepov (artritis)

kožni osip (to lahko vključuje vrsto osipa, ki se imenuje »koprivnica«)

občutek slabosti (navzea)

glavobol

izguba kostne mase (osteoporoza)

Pogosti

(pojavijo se pri 1 do 10 bolnikih od 100 bolnikov)

suha nožnica

krvavitev iz nožnice (običajno v prvih nekaj tednih zdravljenja; če se krvavenje nadaljuje, to

povejte svojemu zdravniku)

redčenje las (izpadanje las)

driska

izguba apetita

zvišane ali visoke ravni maščobnih snovi, imenovanih holesterol, v krvi. To se vidi na krvnih

preiskavah.

slabost (bruhanje)

zaspanost

sindrom karpalnega kanala (ščemenje, bolečina, hlad, oslabelost delov rok)

spremembe rezultatov jetrnih preiskav, ki kažejo, kako dobro delujejo jetra

bolečine v kosteh

alergijske (preobčutljivostne) reakcije, vključno z obrazom, ustnicami ali jezikom

Občasni

(pojavijo se pri 1 do 10 bolnikih od 1.000 bolnikov)

prožilni prst (stanje, v katerem vaš prst ali palec obtiči v upognjenem položaju)

spremembe posebnih krvnih preiskav, s katerimi se preverja delovanje vaših jeter (gama GT in

bilirubin)

vnetje jeter (hepatitis)

koprivnica

Redki (pojavijo se pri 1 do 10 bolnikih od 10.000 bolnikov)

redko vnetje kože, ki lahko vključuje rdeče lise ali mehurje

kožni izpuščaj zaradi preobčutljivosti (nastane lahko zaradi alergijske ali anafilaktoridne reakcije)

vnetje majhnih krvnih žil, ki povzroči rdeče ali vijolično obarvanje kože. Pride lahko do zelo

redkih simptomov bolečin v sklepih, trebuhu in ledvicah; to se imenuje „Henoch-Schönlein

purpura“.

Zelo redki (pojavijo se pri manj kot 1 od 10.000 bolnikov)

zelo redka kožna reakcija z razjedami ali mehurji na koži. Imenuje se „Stevens-Johnsonov

sindrom“.

alergijske (preobčutljivostne) reakcije z otekanjem grla, ki lahko povzročijo težave pri požiranju

in dihanju. To se imenuje „angioedem“.

Učinki na kosti

Zdravilo Anastrozol Accord znižuje količino hormona, imenovanega estrogen, v vašem telesu. To

lahko povzroči zmanjšanje mineralne gostote vaših kosti. Vaše kosti lahko postanejo manj močne in

bolj nagnjene k zlomom. Vaš zdravnik bo to ustrezno zdravil v skladu s smernicami za zdrave kosti pri

ženskah po menopavzi. Pogovorite se s svojim zdravnikom o tveganjih in možnostih zdravljenja.

Če katerikoli neželeni učinek postane resen ali če opazite katerikoli neželeni učinek, ki ni omenjen v

tem navodilu, obvestite svojega zdravnika ali farmacevta.

5.

SHRANJEVANJE ZDRAVILA ANASTROZOL ACCORD

Zdravilo shranjujte nedosegljivo otrokom!

Za shranjevanje zdravila niso potrebna posebna navodila.

Preostanek zdravil vrnite svojemu farmacevtu. Obdržite jih le, če vam tako svetuje vaš zdravnik.

Zdravila Anastrozol Accord ne smete uporabljati po datumu izteka roka uporabnosti, ki je naveden na

škatli in pretisnem omotu poleg oznake (EXP). Datum izteka roka uporabnosti se nanaša na zadnji dan

navedenega meseca.

Zdravila ne smete odvreči v odpadne vode ali med gospodinjske odpadke. O načinu odstranjevanja

zdravila, ki ga ne potrebujete več, se posvetujte s farmacevtom. Takšni ukrepi pomagajo varovati

okolje.

DODATNE INFORMACIJE

Kaj vsebuje zdravilo Anastrozol Accord

Zdravilna učinkovina je anastrozol.

Ena filmsko obložena tableta vsebuje 1 mg anastrozola.

Pomožne snovi so:

Jedro tablete: laktoza monohidrat, povidon K-30, natrijev karboksimetilškrob (vrsta A), magnezijev

stearat

Filmska obloga: titanov dioksid (E171), makrogol 300, hipromeloza E-5

Izgled zdravila Anastrozol Accord in vsebina pakiranja

Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete so bele do belkaste, okrogle, bikonveksne filmsko

obložene tablete z vtisnjenim napisom »AHI« na eni strani in ravne na drugi strani.

Anastrozol Accord filmsko obložene tablete so pakirane v pretisni omot v zvitku po 10, 14, 20, 28, 30,

50, 56, 60, 84, 90, 98, 100 ali 300 tablet. Na trgu morda ni vseh navedenih pakiranj.

Način in režim izdaje zdravila

Rp/Spec - Predpisovanje in izdaja zdravila je le na recept zdravnika specialista ustreznega področja

medicine ali od njega pooblaščenega zdravnika.
