ENVIRONMENT: Very toxic to aquatic life and to the soil environment.
Take all reasonable steps to
ensure that the substance does not cause any significant adverse
effects to the environment beyond the
application area. Do not apply directly into or onto water. Do not use
the same equipment to apply other
chemicals to susceptible crops unless decontaminated completely.
This product must be under the control of qualified person during
mixing, handling and applying.
PERSONAL PROTECTION: When mixing or applying, wear eye protection,
waterproof gloves, boots
and cotton overalls. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and inhalation of
spray mist. Wash hands and face
before meals and after work. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using.
STORAGE:
Store in the original container, tightly closed and away from
foodstuffs, seeds, fertilisers,
insecticides or fungicides used for the protection of crops.
SPILLS AND DISPOSAL: When dealing with spills wear personal protective
clothing and equipment
as described in the PERSONAL PROTECTION section. Contain spillage.
Collect in properly
labeled, sealed drums for safe disposal. Deal with all spillages
immediately. If contamination of
drains, streams, watercourses, etc. is unavoidable, warn the local
water authority.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL: If possible dispose of by using according to the
label, otherwise dispose of
in an approved landfill or
