BD Multitest™ CD3/CD16+CD56/CD45/CD19 with optional BD Trucount™ tubes is intended for use with BD FACSLyric™, BD FACSCanto™ II, BD FACSCanto™, and BD FACSCalibur™ flow cytometers to determine the percentages and absolute counts of the following mature human lymphocyte subsets in peripheral whole blood for immunophenotyping: * T lymphocytes (CD3+) * Natural killer (NK) lymphocytes (CD3–CD16+ and/or CD56+) * B lymphocytes (CD3–CD19+) This reagent is indicated for use in the immunological assessment of normal individuals, and patients having, or suspected of having, immune deficiency.
