De-foaming and enhancing the cleaning performance of alkaline
solutions for cleaning
production plants and filling stations via automated CIP processes or
circulation processes
as well as for cleaning small and detachable parts in cleaning
systems.

Characteristics:
neomoscan CP plus 540 is a de-foamer and cleaning enhancer based on
surfactants and
has the following properties:
•
de-foaming action at temperatures above 40 °C
•
supports cleaning due to emulsifying and dispersing action
•
especially effective also in systems heavily soiled with protein, fat
and oil
•
silicone-free
•
suitable for stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571), chemical-compatible
synthetic
materials (PVC, PP) and seals (EPDM, PTFE)
•
material compatibility also depends on the alkaline basic components
used
Dosage:
neomoscan CP plus 540 is used in combination with solutions of soda
lye or assembled
alkaline detergents of the neomoscan CP alka range.
neomoscan CP plus 540 is added in concentrations of 0.05 - 1 weight%
to the alkaline
solution. The application temperature is 40 – 80 °C.
The exact application parameters are to be checked in practical tests.
