Intensive cleaner for cutlery
in immersion baths
Powder
Fields of application:
•
For the pre-cleaning of cutlery in immersion
baths prior to automated warewashing.
•
Effectively removes stubborn dried-on food
residues. For shining, streak-free cutlery.
•
Also suitable for the removal of discolourations
on stainless steel, caused by food residues, as
well as for the thorough cleaning of tableware
with protein layers in immersion baths.
•
The possible carrying over of the working
solution of neodisher preclean P does not cause
foaming in the subsequent automated
warewashing.
•
Suitable for stainless steel, porcelain, glass and
plastic.
•
Not suitable for silver. Aluminium, anodised
aluminium and light metal alloys should be
tested first.
•
For the automated cleaning in dishwashers we
recommend the use of the detergents of our
special neodisher Alka or neodisher compact
series.
Special Properties:
•
Excellent ability to solve fat and dirt.
•
Rapid effectiveness due to an odourless
bleaching component.
•
Highly soluble powder.
Application and dosage:
Pre-cleaning of cutlery
For the manual pre-cleaning of cutlery 5–10 g/l
neodisher preclean P must be totally dissolved in
warm water (approx. 50–80 °C) in an immersion
bath (preferably dip trolley).
Put the dirty cutlery in the cutlery basket and
immerse the basket in the working solution. Cutlery
must be dipped completely. After an action time of
10–30 minutes put the cutlery basket into the
dishwasher for the subsequent cleaning in the
dishwasher.
Thorough cleaning of tableware and the
removal of discolourations on stainless steel
For the manual thorough cleaning of tableware as
well as for the removal of discolourations on
stainless steel 50 g/l neodisher preclean P must be
totally dissolved in hot water (approx. 80–90 °C) in
an immersion bath.
Put the tableware to be cleaned into the hot solution
and remove it when the solution has cooled down.
